Analyse der Volllaststunden für Deutschland

Unter Volllaststunden versteht man eine Vergleichszahl, mit der man Kapazitäten mit tatsächlicher Leistung vergleichen kann. Es ist kein Kriterium für eine qualitative Aussage, sondern lediglich ein Indikator wie viel Kapazität benötigt wird, um eine bestimmte Strommenge im Jahr zu erwarten. Ein Hilfswert zum Beispiel bei den Berechnungen des Strommix Navigators (s.h. Hintergrundinformationen zum Strommix Navigator).

Führt man einen Vergleich über mehrere Jahre durch, so wird in Deutschland der Umbau der Stromerzeugung und der technische Fortschritt deutlich. Im Jahre 2012 konnten mit Bruttostromerzeugungskapazitäten von 184,4 GW eine Stromerzeugung von 628 TWh erzeugt werden. Dies entspricht über den gesamten Erzeugungsmix 3507 Volllaststunden, oder anders ausgedrückt: Man hätte die Kraftwerke am 01.01.2012 unter voller Last starten können und bis zum 26.05.2012 den vollständigen Jahresbedarf an Strom gehabt.

Seit dem 01. Januar 2013 ist in Dänemark die Installation von Öl- und Erdgasheizungen verboten. Bereits am 22. März 2012 wurde unter der Bezeichnung “Die Grüne Veränderung für Dänemark” (Green Transition for Denmark) das Gesetz im nationalen Parlament verabschiedet, welches nun schon 6 Wochen in Kraft ist, ohne dass in Dänemark jemand in seinem Neubau frieren muss. In unserem nördlichen Nachbarland wird zusätzlich ab 2016 der Austausch bestehender Anlagen verboten sein. Cornelia Daniel wundert sich bei Ecoquent zu Recht, warum dieser mutige Schritt bislang so wenig Beachtung findet. Ist die Tragweite dieser Entscheidung für ein Volk doch ähnlich dem Atomausstieg, wie Robert Doelling von den Energie-Experten zu bedenken gibt.
