Strommarktgesetz: Referententwurf gibt Aufschluss über Konsultationsergebnis

Mit der Zusammenfassung des Referentenentwurfes ist die Phase der direkten Einflussnahme zum Strommarkt 2.0 zu Ende gegangen. Über konkrete Gesetzesänderungen können Lobbygruppen nun diskutieren und ihren Einfluss ausüben.

In der ersten September Woche war die Petition beim Deutschen Bundestag zum Strommarkt zu Ende gegangen. Im Rahmen der öffentlichen Konsultation hatte sich blog.stromhaltig im Grünbuch mit dem Hybridstrommarkt beteiligt. Im Weißbuch wurde eine gemeinsame Erklärung mit der EnergieGenossenschaft Murrhardt (EGM) eG, Klaus Novy Insitut KNi e.V. und anderen eingereicht.

Die 127 Seiten können nicht schnell bewertet werden, jedoch zeigt bereits die Verdichtung in einer Wort-Wolke, dass Gesetze verändert werden, ohne bürgerliche Beteiligung. Große Unsicherheit scheinen die Autoren bei der Herstellung eines Status Quo gehabt zu haben. Marktstammdatenregister, Monitoring, Informationen – sind stille Zeugen eines generellen Unverständnis der Wirkmechanismen im bestehenden Strommarkt.
